You can drip the CBD oil under your tongue and swallow it after one minute.
It is also possible to mix the oil in food or drink. Start with 1 or 2 drops and wait 2 hours to experience the full effect.

If 2 drops are not enough, you can add 1 more drop at each subsequent intake until you find the right dosage. Keep at least 3 hours between each intake. For example: – At 10:00 am, take 2 drops.
If you don’t notice any effect after a few hours, you can take 3 drops at 1:00 pm.
– If you still don’t feel enough after that, you can take 4 drops at 4:00 pm. Keep increasing the dosage in this way until you find the optimal amount. It is important to discover your maximum dosage, because only then will the oil work optimally.
It is not possible for the oil to have no effect; if you do not yet notice results, you should continue to increase the dosage according to the advice.
The correct dosage varies from person to person and depends on factors such as genetic susceptibility, weight, experience and the severity of the symptoms.
Some people have enough with 2 drops, while others need 8 drops at a time. Do not be afraid to increase the dosage as advised.
